If you'd like to extend your membership up until June 1 2021, fill this form before December 1.
If you'd like to end your membership for 2021, you don't need to fill this (though you can say goodbye if you'd like!)
If you don't opt into the extension, your membership will terminate on December 30 like usual.
After you extend your membership to June 1, the half-year to December 2021 will be $90.
